Ishita Biswas, born on August 26, 2005, emerged as the distinguished winner of the AULVA Miss India Super Model 2024, heralding from a quaint village nestled in North and Middle Andaman. Her journey commenced amidst the cultural vibrance of her school days, where she cultivated a passion for dance and actively engaged in various cultural events. With steadfast encouragement from her father, a dedicated social worker managing his own business, and unwavering support from her family, Ishita’s interest in fashion flourished, propelling her towards excellence.

Choosing Port Blair for her tertiary education, Ishita encountered and triumphed over challenges, notably clinching victory in the Mr. and Miss Andaman contest. Fuelled by her successes and driven by a fervent desire to effect positive change, Ishita immersed herself in social work, becoming a beacon of inspiration for the youth in Andaman. In December, Ishita seized an opportunity that would elevate her journey to national acclaim, participating in the AULVA Miss and Mrs. India Super Model 2024 contest. Despite initial apprehensions, her unwavering determination and resilience propelled her forward, culminating in the prestigious title of Miss India 2024, thereby casting a radiant spotlight on Andaman and Nicobar Island on a national stage.
